Or you've had glossy letters from national land buyers, and they made you feel like a number.
This is the third option. A local husband-and-wife team. You sit at your kitchen table with us. We tell you, honestly, whether your land has potential. If it does, we do everything required to get planning permission. You don't sign anything binding until you're ready. You don't pay anything until your land sells. And when it does, half the uplift is yours.
