Let's hear all about your ideas and plans. Tell me what you hope to achieve and I create concepts that stretch your imagination but still keep the local planners happy and ticking the approval box on your project. Once we get the green light we move through the steps below.
Things get technical at this point but you're still involved and kept up to date throughout. How long does this step take? How long is a piece of string...I wish I had a definitive answer but local authorities are a law unto themselves.
My job is to deliver everything on time and in line with their requirements. I want minimum feedback from them so your project can turnaround as fast as possible.
Finding a builder you trust who can bring your design to life isn't always easy. Everyone has a horror story, right? But when you find your dream team of trades, I'll make sure they have clear and concise directions to stick to so there's no room for error. I can't promise they'll complete the project on time...I'm not a miracle worker...
